First: Incorporation & Legal status:
The company has been incorporated pursuant to Law No.8/1997 as a joint - stock company, with a capital amounting to L.E 50 million ( Fifty million pounds) & term of twenty five years.
Decision No.198/2007 licensing the incorporation of the company has been issued by the Head of the General Authority for Investments and Free Zones and published in the investment journal on 22/02/2007, issue No.4227
(Investment Record No. 22712).

Second: Object of the company :
The establishment of four- star touristic resort (Nubia Resort) consisting of 570 double hotel rooms,16 villas and 460 hotel units for sale. In addition to the annexes and the complementary touristic services such as restaurants, cafeterias, cinemas, swimming pools, water games, health clubs, diving clubs, playfields, shops.
